Types of Membership
Fixed term and flexible memberships options are available with the following options:
- Flexible Membership: Minimum 1 Years & 2 Years
- Fixed Term Membership: 05 Years & 10 Years Tenure
Categories of Membership
Regular
Regular membership may be applied by an individual over 21 years of age. The membership is for a fixed term provided the subscription and all club dues are paid as and when due. On expiry of this period, the membership will come to an end. Currently there are two membership options. You may choose for flexible or fixed term membership.
TYPE – FIXED TERM CATEGORY – REGULAR
(Applicable from 1st April 2016 till 31st March 2017)
- This membership may be applied by an individual over 21 years of age other than those who own residential property in Sushant Lok-I, Gurgaon, Haryana or are residing as a tenant at Sushant Lok-I, Gurgaon, Haryana. The membership is for a fixed term with two tenure options of 5 years & 10 years. The fees and other charges payable for different tenure options are as follows:
- The annual subscription for first year is Rs.16, 800/- per annum, payable in advance. The subscription for subsequent years will be payable in advance each year or as decided by the management from time to time. The members joining during the year are charged subscription for the first year on a pro-rata basis from the month of joining till the forthcoming 31st of March. The payment of subscription entitles the member to use the social facilities of the Club.
- The dependant fee for first year is Rs.1800/- per annum per dependant aged between 2-21 years, payable in advance. The dependant fee for subsequent years will be payable in advance each year or as decided by the management from time to time. The members joining during the year are charged dependant fee for the first year on a pro-rata basis from the month of joining till the forthcoming 31st of March. The payment of dependent fee entitles the dependents of the member to use the social facilities of the Club.
- Usage of sports facilities such as tennis courts, squash courts & swimming pool will be subject to payment of an additional subscription for usage of these facilities. The subscription rates for sports facilities shall be as decided by the management from time to time.
- The usage of fitness centre is subject to separate rules & regulations and payment of separate subscription directly to ‘Ozone’.
- All applicants for membership will go through a two stage screening process. The Management reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to any applicant and its decision in this regard shall be final and binding. In the event an application is rejected the part membership fee paid by the applicant shall be refunded without interest. The registration fee of Rs.500/- is non-refundable.
- The approval of membership will be communicated through email/telephone. The applicant will then be required to deposit the balance membership fee, annual subscription and dependant fee, if any, as explained above. Upon depositing the balance membership fee payable on approval, annual subscription and dependant fee, if any, the applicant will be allotted a membership number and issued a membership card and the membership will commence from that date. The members may use the club facilities after allotment of membership number only. In case membership card(s) is lost/ mutilated, the member may place a request for issue of new membership card(s), and the same will be issued by the Club against charge of a nominal fee as may be decided by the management from time to time.
- In case of termination of membership, the refund of the membership fee will be according to the refund schedule given in the rules and regulations.
- All the applicable taxes are over and above and in addition to the membership fee, subscription, additional subscription and dependent fee etc. and shall be payable by the applicant.
- The payment can be made by cash/cheque/credit card. In case of cash payments please obtain a proper receipt from club office. All cheques are to be drawn in favour of "The Palms- Town and Country Club".
- Membership is governed by the rules and regulations of the club as amended from time to time.
Resident
Membership under the resident category may be applied by an individual who owns residential property or is residing in Sushant Lok-I, Gurgaon,
Haryana. The membership is for fixed term provided the subscription and all club dues are paid as and when due. On expiry of this period, the

The subscription for subsequent years will be payable in advance each year or as decided by the management from time to time. Fixed term 1 year tenure members will pay subscription for the full term of their membership in advance. The payment of subscription entitles the member to use the social facilities of the Club.

This membership may be applied by a body corporate nominating at least 5 persons. The membership is for a fixed term with 5 years tenure option.
