The Palms, Golf Club & Resort, Lucknow is a part of the 6350 acres of Sushant Golf City. When finished it will be a jewel in the city of Lucknow. The Palms Villa Residences & Club, Bangalore

This 20 acre housing development is just off the Sarjapur road surrounded on 3 sides by major tech corridors. On one side is Whitefield which is perhaps India's largest technology hubs. On the other side is the outer ring road which has many large tech parks. The project has 180 villas & homes. It will have several acres of landscape gardens with children's play fields & a community club with private greens. The infrastructure work of road formation, plumbing & sewage lines, electrical cables etc is in progress.

One of the most environmentally sustainable projects in the country where the aim is to be net power positive by solar power generation and recycle/ treat the entire waste water to make it good enough for drinking.
